10th October Results

Great idea steph now they have something to aim at and efficient as ever with the results.

Debs and I had the yellow group and we had a great session concentrating on group riding at one point all 10 were riding in perfect pairs one behind the other with equal gaps. I wish we had a camera. To finish with we had a 1 lap relay race around our oval "Team Sky" against "Rapha Condor" Rapha won by a whisker!!

Well done to all the Slipstreamers in my group tonight, I think some were counting and did over 30 laps!

As promised here are the results of the 1 lap time trial, I have split it into three groups.

Although it is nice to see where you are against others, keep in mind it is all about beating yourself!! We shall do this again where hopefully you will go faster.
