Slipstreamer training will be at The Abbey Stadium again this week.
Same notices apply: make sure you have some warm clothes, a waterproof and gloves. If it is very wet we shall try and shelter inside the leisure centre until it blows over.
Please assess the weather conditions for your Under-6's. If it's too wet or too cold they may not enjoy the experience as much as you think they might. An early night might be much better for them.
Don't forget your drink, wear a high viz coat and put your lights on your bike, front and back, if you've got them. We shall have the flood lights on but there are pockets where the light does not shine!
Those with suitable tyres will be practising cyclocross skills and endurance. Those without will be on the track or tarmac.
