Slight change of plan - all u12s except those in Green groups bring your bikes warm clothes etc we will try and be outside ifit is dry and have a skills session under flood lights. Older ones bring your turbo trainers.

Hoorah! It look as though we shall be OK to meet this week.

However, the forecast is for heavy rain on Wednesday evening so we shall be in The Vaynor First School hall, Headless Cross (B97 5BL). Please come round the back of the school and enter via the playground door. The side door will be locked for safety.
Come prepared for fitness training - trainers, lots of layers to peel off as you get warm and then replace as we cool down, plenty to drink and bags of enthusiasm.
Mums and Dads are encouraged to join in with their children.
If you have a favourite team game that can be played in the hall and is suitable for all ages let us know, we may be able to fit that in too.

If you would like to bring your turbo trainer (and bike to go on it) for a separate group turbo session then please bring them along.
