Slipstreamers is at Abbey tonight.
Remember dress up warm inc lights, a drink, gloves and something to put on afterwards. It looks like it will be a cold one tonight.
Pam will not be there tonight to coach her group of greens so it would be best for them to stay warm and get an early night as she said in her previous email as we will be unable to accommodate them with the coaches we have. (sorry)
See you all at 6.15pm and remember you must not go down to the track without a coach and you MUST have your bikes checked before joining the sessions.
