Hello,
I am an event organiser at the British Heart Foundation.
On Sunday 26th June I have a charity bike ride starting and finishing at the Sixways Stadium, and am looking for some volunteers who may be interested in supporting the event. If you think you or someone you know can help with the following please get in touch!
· Marshalling at some of our key points along the course (We will need marshals to be in position by 9.15 - 10.15am (depending on where they are along the course)
· Sign the course the day before the event ( this is at least a 3man job and a donation will be given in return)
· Man refreshment points around the course
· Bake refreshments to give/sell to participants
· Help out with at the start and finish
· Be a compare for the day ( PA and microphone is provided – very good if people want experience in events)
· Spread the word and help us get more participants
· Get teams of work/family and friends to the event!
· Get talking on forums and external sites about the fantastic day!
