Just to clarify, does that mean there is no cyclo cross training in Pitcher Oak Woods tonight?

We shall all be together again at the Vaynor First School this week.

If you have lights for your bike, please attach them as they may be needed towards the end of the session as the nights begin to draw in.

Please arrive as early as you can as we expect a large number to attend this week and it make take a little longer to do the bike, helmet and clothing check and get you organised into groups. If you know you are going to be late, please text me and we'll save a place for you in the appropriate group.

Usual things to bring:- bike, helmet, gloves, drink, suitable clothes for the weather.
If you are going out on a ride:- as above + spare inner tubes, tyre levers, pump, reflective/high viz jacket and ICE card.
